All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through rigorous quality inspection before dispatch.

We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our exclusive and secure payment option, providing you with the convenience of paying upon delivery while ensuring a safe and hassle-free shopping experience.

Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

We currently don't have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us on info@threadsofpanache.com and one of our team members will get in touch with you at the earliest.

If you’d like to  make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at info@threadsofpanache.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
